• If you are concerned about the delivery of your order, please check the tracking information that is emailed to you and confirm that the address submitted is correct.
• If your order has not arrived within 7 days of shipment, you can submit a missing mail search request here. Alternatively, you can call USPS with your tracking number at 1-800-275-8777.
• You can also check here to find service disruption alerts for your region.
• If for any reason a package is returned to us, we will send you an email to let you know.
• All orders are processed and packed in 1-3 business days, so remember to add this to your delivery time. We process orders every Tuesday and Friday morning and they go to the post office in the afternoon (except on holidays).
• Standard shipping is USPS First Class, which takes 1-3 business days (in USA) and 1-4 weeks to arrive to international addresses. Priority Mail is for heavier parcels, and the delivery time is also 1-3 business days.
* This means most packages should be expected to arrive within 6 business days.
• Packages include tracking information, which will be emailed at the time the order ships. * If you only order solid perfume samples, they will be sent in a regular envelope without tracking. These are also hand addressed, which may lengthen delivery time.
• International Customers: Please understand that you are responsible for any duties and customs charges that may be incurred. In most cases of delays, the package is being held in customs so call with your local post office with your customs form # to find out.
• Australia/ New Zealand: Dried botanicals will be left out of packaging in your orders to avoid customs quarantine.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
I do my best to describe each item vividly, but I know that scent can be a very subjective experience. For this reason, I recommend trying samples first so that you know what you like before purchasing a full size product.
If there is an issue with your order (incorrect items, missing items, or incomplete/damaged items) I will be happy to provide you with an exchange or replacement. I do NOT offer exchanges for any other reason.
Full size unused perfumes may be returned, but samples, refills, and other items may not. Returns must be sent back within 7 days of delivery, in their original condition, in their original packaging, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

If you are shipping an item back, make sure to send in a padded mailer via USPS First Class mail with tracking and the correct amount of postage. We cannot be responsible for missing items that were shipped without a tracking #. Please also include a note with your Name, order #, reason for return, and mailing address.
