I had some limited quantities of extra materials in my perfume cabinet so we bottled them up to share. Some are undiluted and some are diluted enough to make them easier to work with in oil or alcohol based concoctions. They must be further diluted to be worn as perfume.
Geranium Essential Oil (Organic) - India - 5mL (undiluted): This organic geranium leaf is a fresh distillation with lots of energy. This green, herbal note is so bright, a small amount goes a long way.
Peru Balsam Resin (diluted 50% in organic alcohol) - El Salvador - 10mL: This is a soft resin with warm vanilla tones and wonderful fixative qualities. It is diluted in alcohol so that it is not too thick to work with.
Labdanum Absolute (diluted 50% in organic alcohol) - France - 10mL: This is a thick, syrupy leaf resin that has been diluted in alcohol for ease of use. Ambery, heavy sweetness.
Styrax (Benzoin) Balsam (diluted 50% in organic alcohol) - USA - 5mL: From the Liquidambar tree, this sweet exudate is a resinous incense scent with smoky undertones. This is diluted in alcohol for easy use and is a great fixative.
Tomato Leaf Absolute (diluted 20% in fractionated coconut oil) - France - 5mL: A unique distillation, this is a spicy, fresh oil that captures the energy of the tomato vine. The scent is a full spectrum of very bright and very dark tones, and is diluted in fractionated coconut oil to tone down the strength.
