Hydrosols (essential waters) are a subtle and effective method of aromatherapy. It is safe to use in almost any way- as a room/linen spray, facial toner, food and beverage flavor enhancer, energy clearing mist, and many other creative and practical applications.
Shelf life is about one year if stored properly. It is recommended to store in the refrigerator, as this distilled water does not contain preservatives and may eventually grow bacteria. (in this case you will see fuzz developing in the bottle, and this is how you will know that it has expired).
